Zoning Board of Appeals
Quasi-judicial board charged with reviewing requests for Variances, Special Permits, Comprehensive Permits (chapter 40B), Appeals from decisions of Building Commissioner, and Repetitive Petitions. The criteria for the consideration of the above are dictated by State statute and the local zoning bylaws.
Meetings are generally held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month. View scheduled meetings, agendas, and minutes, and to sign up for notifications.
