Recreation Commission

The Recreation Commission typically meets one time per month on a Monday or Tuesday evening. Currently, meetings are virtual via ZOOM. Citizens Speak is a part of the regular agenda. If you would like to ask a question or make a comment, you are welcome to do so during 'Citizens Speak'. For a lengthier discussion or one that may require a consensus or a vote, please email recreation@norfolk.ma.us with topic information and to be placed on the next possible agenda. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Recreation Director, Ann Proto, at aproto@norfolk.ma.us.

Field Allocation Meetings are held three times a year. The time frame for these meetings is usually early February for spring allocation, early June for summer allocation, and early August for fall allocation. Any Organization requesting field space should refer to Norfolk Recreation's Field Policies which include insurance requirements and fee schedules. The Field Use Application is the last page of these Policies. Any questions regarding field policies or meetings may be directed to Ann Proto, Norfolk Recreation Director, at aproto@norfolk.ma.us
