Dog Licensing
Peyton O'Neill, Norfolk's #1 dog winner!!
At 5 pm yesterday, the town clerk's office was a buzz with cuteness and energy while Peyton was pinned with his #1 dog tag and swag! Peyton has to be one of the most friendly and energetic dogs I have met in a long time and I wish I could have harnessed all his energy for my own use later. He truly is deserving of the #1 title
This fundraiser is held each year by the town clerk during the open dog licensing period and all funds that they raise are deposited into the animal gift account which is an account set up to help animals above and beyond what our municipal budget/MA state law may support.
Once again this year the swag was all donated by the following sources and we are grateful for their contributions: Chickadee Seed & Feed (formerly The Village Pet Supply) donated toys and treats for Peyton, an anonymous donor donated balls, toys, poop bags and a cookie jar, and two cookies from The Ginger Snapped Cookie Company for Peyton's parents.
Congrats to Peyton and wear that bling proudly!
